Woohoo!! just received the Audeo PFE 112 Black from Phonak. I ask my friend from overseas to bought it for me, and the price is almost RM400+ including shipping charge, I waited almost two months to received the earphones why so long? well Audeo PFE has problem with their built quality, recently many PFE users has report their problem like cracks on the earphone, cables problem and many more, however my version of PFE is improved version(thats why it takes two months to wait) which is Audeo PFE Revision 1 or V1, thats latest one, with improved built quality especially cables, it feels more solid and less prone to tangle and memory effect.

How much sir?

I love the design and the sound, so clear, bright and revealing. You can hear all the instruments play in the background, cymbals, drums you name it, and the bass is tight and highly detailed so this earphone are not so boom boom type of earphone, so this earphone IS not for bass lover. Changing the audio filters is one of the best features of the earphones, there's a two types of audio filters which is grey and black filters. Grey filters sounds more towards to mids and highs while the black one sounds more toward to bass and darker than the grey filters. My personal preference, I prefer grey filters than the black, hey everyone got their own preference right? changing them is very easy, it takes almost less than a minute if you do it fast enough but be careful with the audio filters, the are quite fragile and very small, so handle with care.

Ear-guides is very useful when you use it for exercise, it protects the cable from sweat and also gives more fit to your ears but I am not recommend it to use outdoors since it blocked all of the outside noises, the earphones also very light, it feels not heavy on your ears which is good and also very comfortable. The ear-guides and silicone tips are washable, I washed them using mild soap. The warranty is one year if you guys wondering.

Conclusion?

If you want incredible sound quality, nice design, and light, this earphones is for you. I dunno about the price which is quite expensive for 1 speaker driver (Balanced Armature driver) type of earphones, with the price range you can get another earphone with dual drivers in it like Shure, but I'm not sure about how their sounds like, because I never owned any high end earphones yet. If you love bass, then stay away from this earphones, this earphones are not for you. I loved my PFE so I very very highly recommend for those who want a clear sound quality though the price is quite expensive (For me), but I think is value for money. You got everything inside the package, full accessories and stuffs (loved their carrying case haha).

I listen to this earphone with song History performed by The Verve (Link provided). OMG the sounds felt more alive, you can felt the emotion in the song, so soothing, so relaxing, so beautiful, feels like the sounds brings you to heaven (I lol'ed). you can feel the peacefulness in this song like there's nothing you have to worry about and almost felt asleep while writing this post lol. Holy shit......... I better buy another CD album such as Charlotte Martin, heard it she was a good singer and also piano player.
